Your pharmacist can advise you on common health problems.
- Diet: Pharmacists can discuss healthy eating with you. Many stock health foods, fibre, vitamins and minerals. They can also advise on specialist diabetic or gluten free diets.
- Mouth and teeth: Pharmacists can help with problems such as mouth ulcers, bleeding gums and expfain good oral hygiene.
- Footcare: Pharmacists keep a wide selection of footcare products and will advise on home-treatments.
Of course, your pharmacist will always refer you to another health professional, for example, your doctor, dentist or chiropodist, if he thinks it necessary.
